Lovebirds and Doves

Lovebirtds and doves are Valentines Day symbols. It is believed that on February 14th the birds found their mates. And also because the doves strongly signify purity and innocence. They are extremely loyal to their partners and unlike many other animals that change their partners, the doves remain with their first partner till the end of their life. The lovebirds are small 13-17 cm in size, 40-60 grams in weight.This makes them one of the smallest parrots in the world.
