Pancakes with lemon cream
12 pancakes
3 eggs
3 lemons
200g sugar
75 g butter
Powdered sugar
Cocoa
Mix the eggs with lemon juice and sugar and boil for 15 minutes. While it is still hot add the butter and stir very well. On a greased baking dish place the pancakes one over other and between spread some of the cream. Bake for 20minutes/150C.Leave to cool and decorate with powdered sugar and cocoa.
In South Africa Valentines Day is celebrated on February 14 every year. The country is one of the most romantic destinations because of its geographical location. Whenever I cried he would always make me feel like he would change the world if he could so it couldn’t hurt me anymore. But now I’m crying and he’s not here.
Valentine’s Day is coming but you are still single.
