Valentines Day Crown
To make a Valentines Day crown you will need white and pink construction paper, scissors and glue. Cut a 5 sm wide strip of white paper. The strip should be long enough to fit around your kid’s head. Then stick the ends together. From the pink paper cut triangles. Stick them on the white strip overlapping each other with the wide side down. Now cut other 5 sm wide strip from the white paper and glue it on the other side so you can hide the glued part.
Grapevine wreath
February is the month when you can find grapevines. Give them a wreath shape. Also you will need red and pink fabric pieces, red and pink ribbons and glue. Cut out 12 hearts from fabrics. You should have two from the same color and material. You will use one on the front and one on the back side.
Cut another 12 hearts bigger then the first ones. You should have again two same. Glue the edges to the half and fill each heart with cotton. Then glue to the top. Do this with each couple hearts. When ready, glue the hearts to the grapevine wreath. To hold them stronger, wind around some white ribbons. The red and pink ribbons tie in a large bowls and glue on the top of the wreath. Leave some just to hang from all sides.
Valentines Day mailbox
It is a good thing to prepare if you will make Valentines Day party at home for your kids or friends. You need a box from shoes, pink construction paper and other proper things you can use to decorate the box out side. Glue the construction paper over the box a day earlier very carefully without leaving big folds. Then you or your kids can decorate the box as you like- with many stickers, ribbons or paintings. On you Valentines Day party the kids and your friends can put their valentines to the rest of your guests. At the end of the party the hostess can give each guest the valentines that have been sent to him.
