Apricots in rose syrup
6 small apricots
20 ml icing sugar
10 ml rose water
rose petals for decoration

Plunge the apricots into a pan of boiling water for 2 min, then drain and rinse in cold water. Halve and stone the apricots. Arrange in a nice dish and sprinkle with icing sugar. Chill for 1 hour, decorate with rose petals and serve with Greek yogurt style.

Baked apples
4 medium apples
120 g blueberries
20 g sugar
10 ml lime juice
Cut vertical lines through the apple at intervals and place the apples in an oven-proof dish. Mix the sugar with the blueberries and spoon into the centre of the apples. Cover tightly and bake for 40 min. Serve hot with yogurt.

Applenut cookies
150 g porridge oats
50 g sugar
1 apple
50 g hazelnuts
1 egg
50 g spread
5 ml ground mix spice
Mix porridge oats, spice, and spread. Add the sugar, apple, hazelnuts and egg and stir well. Form 12 small balls and arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min.

Peach muffins
250 g flour
50 g oat bran
50 g sugar
3 ml bicarbonate of soda
120 g pre-soaked dried peaches
150 g yogurt
200 ml milk
30 g butter
Mix together flour, bicarbonate of soda, bran, sugar and peaches. Melt the butter and add yogurt and milk. Stir until the mixture binds together. Form 10 muffin tins and bake for 15 min.

Baked plums
500 g red plums
100 g ricotta cheese
20g caster sugar
Halve and stone the plums. Arrange cut side up. Spoon the ricotta cheese in each plum and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20 min and serve warm.

Valentines Day cake with fruits
200 g yogurt
150 g sugar
3 eggs
50g butter
500 g flour
1 kg fresh fruits
2.5 g bicarbonate of soda
20 ml brandy
Cut the fresh fruits on small pieces. Mix the yogurt with sugar, eggs, flour, butter, fruits bicarbonate of soda and brandy. Bake in a heart shaped large baking dish for 20 min/180C.
