Valentines Day Fish Meals

Fish fillets with cheese
400 g fish fillets
125 ml cheese
150 ml bread crumbs
2 g dried basil
salt
pepper
lemon
vegetable oil

Oil the baking dish. Put half of the crumbs and place the fish fillets over. Mix dried basil, salt and pepper with the rest if the crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle the mixture over the fillts. Bake for 10min /170C.

Valentines Day Salmon
500 g salmon
1 egg
125 ml milk
100 g oats
100 g chopped onion
50 ml sunlfower seeds
15 ml lemon juice
20 ml vegetable oil
Mash the salmon in a bowl and add the milk. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Spoon the mixture and bake until firm

Fast Almandine
2 fillets white fish
1 s olove oil
30 g sliced almonds
15 ml fresh lemon juice
In a large skillet heat the oil and add the fish. Cook fro 2 minutes each side. Remove to a platter and cover with foil. Fry almonds untill lightly brown add the lemon juice and remove. Pour over the fish and you can serve.

Мackarel parcels
10 ml sunflower oil
3 midium mackerel
40 ml fresh coriander
2 garlic cloves
20 ml fresh ginger
1 lime
20ml light soy sause
Cut the mackerel into 6 pieces. Finely chop coriander and ginger. Thiny slice the garlic. Preheat the oven. Place 3 fish fillets on large squares of foil.Mix coriander, garlic and ginder and spresd over the fish. Top the other fish pieces. Close the foil tightly and bake for 20min. Mix lime juice and soy sause and spoon over before serving.

Mackerel and potatoes
6 mackerel fillets
5 potatoes
2 onions
1 green pepper
1 garlic clove
20 ml olive oil
20 ml vinegar
10g paprika
salt
black pepper
Peel and tinly slice the potatoes and onions. Chop the green pepper and the garlic.Boil the potatoes for 5 min, drain and set asideIn a meddium skilled fry the onion for 5 min. Add the garlic and vinegrete and cook for another 3 min.Spoon the mixture into a baking pan. Place thе fish fillets on the top. Sprinkle the paprika, salt and pepper and cover with foil.Bake for 15 min.
