Valentines Day Pancakes

Pancakes with lemon cream
12 pancakes
3 eggs
3 lemons
200g sugar
75 g butter
Powdered sugar
Cocoa
Mix the eggs with lemon juice and sugar and boil for 15 minutes. While it is still hot add the butter and stir very well. On a greased baking dish place the pancakes one over other and between spread some of the cream. Bake for 20minutes/150C.Leave to cool and decorate with powdered sugar and cocoa.

Baked pancake
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
6 spoons flour
60g butter
1 vanilla
Bead the eggs, and add flour, milk and vanilla. Pour the mixture in greased baking dish and bake till gets lightly red. When ready roll it with jam or cream.

Pancakes with liqueur
6 pancakes
60 g butter
2 oranges or other fruits
6 spoons liqueur
2 spoons sugar
Melt the butter and add the sugar to caramelize. Add the juice of the oranges and boil for 10 minutes. When the mixture is ready add the liqueur. Fold the pancakes and pour them over with the souse.

Pancakes with fruits and vanilla cream
500 g fruits
100ml liqueur
50 g powdered sugar
To prepare the pancakes:
200ml milk
200ml mineral water
2 eggs
200g flour
Vegetable oil
To prepare the cream
1 egg
50 g sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla
100ml milk
Pour the fruits with liqueur. Beat very well with sugar and vanilla ant then pour it with hot milk and stir it till get ready. With the 2 eggs, flour and milk prepare dough and prepare 10 pancakes. Mix the fruits with vanilla cream and spread it over the pancakes. Roll them and decorate with some powdered sugar. Serve them hot.

Pancakes with vegetables
5 eggs
40 g flour
250 g milk
35 g butter
1 onion
1 carrot
1 spoon pea
Black pepper
35 g flour
35 g butter
300g milk
Salt
Mix the eggs and add the flour and some milk. To the mixture add the rest of the milk and put some salt .Prepare the pancakes and while still hot fill them with the sauce which you can prepare if cut and fry the onion with butter till get lightly brown. Then add carrot the boiled peas. Put some salt and black pepper. When it is ready prepare the special sauce of milk butter and flour. Fill the pancake on half and it is ready to serve.
